PCA Web Design offers maintenance to our existing PCA clients as well as to businesses who already have Web sites built by others. We have both a one-time maintenance program as well as several continuing maintenance programs for you to choose from.

Depending on your needs, you may select a package of a set number of hours of maintenance per month or year, or unlimited maintenance on an hourly basis. Our hourly maintenance rate is $75.00 plus tax per hour with a 30 minute minimum charge per change. Maintenance is billed in 1 minute increments after the first 30 minutes. Our packages include: a 3-hour maintenance package for $180.00 plus tax and a 6-hour maintenance package for $330.00 plus tax. Maintenance for clients with maintenance packages are billed in one minute increments with no minimum charge per change. Packages must be pre-paid and must be used within one year of purchase. Custom maintenance packages can be set up for higher volumes of maintenance as well.

For those clients who purchase maintenance contracts, maintenance is normally performed within 3 business days; however often times it can be done in the same day.
